Biography
Jessie wears many hats: She practices as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Wild Tree Psychotherapy in St. Paul, is a Clinical Consultant with Happify Health; has her own consulting/training and coaching agency (Empower Mental Health), and has authored the book Brave New Mom: A survival guide to mindfully navigating postpartum motherhood.
Jessie's interests include reading, writing, running, traveling, and getting her kids outside!
