Amy Syvertsen

Amy is the Senior Director of Research at Search Institute, a non-profit organization that promotes positive youth development and advances equity through research and practical solutions. She also serves as a research board member of the National Resource Mentoring Center where she provides technical assistance and evaluation support.

Amy cares deeply about making research accessible and actionable, and has built an active program of applied research focused on youth civic engagement. Outside of work, she coaches "Girls on the Run," and can be found most evenings cheering on her children and their teammates from the sidelines and bleachers.
