Professor Lynette M. Renner, the PhD program and graduate studies director of the School of Social Work, was named a 2023 recipient of the Vickie R. Courtney Award for Outstanding Service to University Senate Governance. The award recognizes those who have made a significant impact on University Senate governance, have demonstrated a commitment to collaboration in University Senate governance, and have served as an inspiration to others. Recipients receive a one-time $1,000 stipend and an engraved plaque. Renner will be formally recognized at the April 27 University Senate meeting. Congratulations, Lynette! We are #UMNProud of you!
