Four new online learning modules now available
In the last week, the Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare has published four new online learning modules for child welfare professionals. These modules are:
- Engaging Fathers in Child Welfare, authored by Juliana Carlson, AM, Jeff Edleson, PhD, and Rob Wilson, MSW;
- Secondary Traumatic Stress, authored by Tonya Cook, MSW, PhD Candidate, Anna Carpenter, MSW/MPH Candidate, and Patricia Shannon, PhD;
- Special Health Care Needs, Child Welfare, & Vital Involvement, authored by Helen Q. Kivnick, PhD, LP, and Courtney K. Wells, MPH, MSW; and
- Health Literacy for Immigrant & Refugee Families: Implications for Mental Health Professionals, authored by Hee Yun Lee, PhD.
CASCW’s online learning modules are free to view. You can also obtain CEHs after completion for a small fee, or if you do not need CEHs, you can print out a non-CEH certificate of completion for free.
