Dr. Mimi Choy-Brown Awarded CEHD Research Grant
CONGRATULATIONS to Dr. Mimi Choy-Brown, Assistant Professor at the School of Social Work, for helping to secure a $200,000 grant from the College of Education and Human Development | University of Minnesota.
Lindsey Weiler (University of Minnesota Dept. of Family Social Science), Meredith Gunlicks-Stoessel (Psychiatry), Mimi Choy-Brown (SSW), and Katie Rydberg (SPH), in partnership with the non-profit organization, Red Wing Youth Outreach, received funding for their project: Task shifting evidence-based mental health interventions to youth mentors: A strategy for addressing rural youth mental health.
