My research interests are in community mental health services, implementation science, and clinical supervision. Informed by over a decade of practice experience, the primary focus of my research is elucidating clinical supervision strategies that can yield routine anti-oppressive, recovery-oriented, and evidence-informed service experiences in public mental health care and community settings.
My work has examined supervision as an implementation strategy to integrate a range of efficacious interventions, including person-centered care planning, assertive community treatment, family-based crisis intervention, measurement-based care, trauma-systems therapy for refugees, and interpersonal therapy.
My projects span across practices, practice settings, and research methods to identify effective strategies to implement effective care and improve meaningful outcomes for individuals, organizations, and communities.
