Faculty Receive Grant-in-Aid Funding

Congratulations to our faculty members, Dr. Hannah MacDougall, and Dr. Jessica Toft, for being awarded Grant-in-Aid of Research, Artistry and Scholarship (GIA) grants, effective July 1, 2024 through January 15, 2026.

These funds will support the important research Dr. Toft is doing toward the examination of social work unions in historical, and contemporary, contexts.

And Dr. MacDougall will use the grant money to fuel her work, understanding medical debt in the rural United States, and the role nonprofit hospitals play.
