Social Work Day at the Capitol

Four UMN students take a selfie inside the Minnesota State Capitol.
Social Work Day at the Capitol includes uniting and rallying in the Capitol rotunda, hearing from Minnesota Legislators, hearing about NASW's legislative agenda, and meeting with legislators on policy issues. There are free tours of the Capitol by NASW staff, too. This is an event of solidarity of the social work profession and is typically one of THE largest of the legislative session.

This year's event is March 5th from 11:00 to early afternoon.
