Congratulations to our own Dr. KC Harrison for her critical contribution to The Edinburgh Companion to Literature and Sound Studies, a “field-defining collection that maps key intersections between sound studies and literary studies.”
Dr. Harrison’s chapter is titled: “Sound Technology & US Fiction in the Postwar Era: The Ethics & Aesthetics of Cross-Racial Listening.” The hardback of this volume is now available for pre-order. We are so lucky Dr. Harrison teaches in our undergraduate program.
