Joan Riebel
Joan has worked as a social worker since 1966, in a variety of public and private settings. She ended her direct service career in 2017, following 34 years as executive director of a non-profit agency.

Joan is single, lives in St. Paul, and has two sons and two grandchildren. She loves gardening, reading and traveling.
