Class Snapshot

In Saturday’s 8352 (Intervention Methods With Families) class, students learned of their instructor, Katrina Cisneros’, trauma-informed border humanitarian work in Tijuana, Mexico. They were introduced to an experiential activity using stuffed animals — mirroring the work Katrina does in the field. At the end of the session, students each took a toy home with them, to “help with worry and stress.”
