AMPLIFY: Youth Workers Connect virtual conference set for April 23rd, 2021

The School of Social Work Youth Studies & Youth Development Leadership programs will host AMPLIFY: an upcoming day of FREE, engaging workshop sessions on a diverse variety of topics, with facilitators aiming to share important information and then invite you into meaningful discussions and brainstorming focused on improving practice with colleagues from around the state (and world). Participants may come to one, several or all sessions. Topics already will include supporting youth mental health during the pandemic (and beyond), creating safe spaces for LGBTQ+ youth, and furthering racial justice work as a youth worker in a variety of contexts.

All workshops are free, and some have participant limits and will fill up fast. Register now to reserve your spot! Can’t make it on April 23rd?
