Sandra Vega Carrero is an experienced eLearning and adult education professional with 12+ years of expertise in project management and instructional design. Her strong collaboration and leadership abilities enable her to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines effectively. In her role at the Minnesota Child Welfare Training Academy (MNCWTA), she is developing a curriculum to support the skills of the MN child welfare workforce, ensuring that the learning content engages learners and aligns with workforce needs. Outside of work, Sandra cherishes time with her family, including her husband and son. She enjoys outdoor activities.
