    BIOGRAPHY

    Qi is the Title IV-E Program Evaluator at CASCW. She works collaboratively with other teams to develop and implement research to evaluate the effectiveness of the Title IV-E MSW Child Welfare Fellowship Program, the Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate (PACC) Program, and the Phoenix Learning Xchange Certificate (PLX) Program.
