        Ezgi Havsoy is an Evaluation and Certification Specialist at the Minnesota Child Welfare Training Academy, where she evaluates training programs and supports certification processes to ensure they effectively meet the needs of child welfare professionals and the communities they serve.

        She is currently completing her PhD in Communication at Michigan State University, where her research focuses on decision-making processes in new media environments. Throughout her doctoral and master’s studies, Ezgi has worked as a process evaluator, statistical consultant, and research associate, collaborating with diverse teams across academic, governmental, and nonprofit sectors. Her expertise includes program evaluation, advanced statistical analysis, and translating complex data into accessible, actionable insights.

        Ezgi has nearly a decade of experience in research, evaluation, and data analysis, with a professional approach grounded in inclusion, respect, and meaningful collaboration. She is passionate about using data-driven strategies to inform practice and improve outcomes for communities.
