Kaia Forde, Graphic Designer, Joins the School

The School of Social Work’s Center for the Advanced Study of Child Welfare (CASCW) has welcomed Kaia Forde to its outreach team.

A graphic designer, Kaia will be responsible for creating compelling messaging, marketing, and communication materials, to be used within and outside of the CASCW.

Kaia grew up in the Brainerd Lakes Area but has lived in Mankato, MN for the last seven years. She graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2020 with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design and a secondary concentration in photography. After college, she spent a little over 2 years working as the graphic designer for a Mankato print shop, while completing numerous freelance projects for The Catalyst Foundation, a non-profit humanitarian organization that helps build communities in Vietnam. Outside work, Kaia can be found taking photos, visiting family and friends, and traveling.
