Emily Hest Joins CASCW

Emily Hest has joined the Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare (CASCW) outreach team as a Graduate Assistant.

Emily is a first-year student in the Educational Psychology MA program at the University of Minnesota, with a concentration in clinical mental health counseling. She previously worked in communications and events within higher education and the nonprofit sector and has special interests in health equity and narrative storytelling.

A lifelong Gopher, Emily also holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Minnesota.

Emily will primarily be supporting CASCW's communications efforts including social media management, digital content creation, email newsletter support, conference planning and promotion, and more.
