CASCW Welcomes Title IV-E Program Coordinator to the Team
The Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare (CASCW) welcomed Claire Wever to the team last Monday.
Claire is their Title IV-E Program Coordinator — a new role at CASCW. Claire will support current IV-E fellows in various aspects of their learning, including creating and coordinating a mentorship program. She will also be coordinating new initiatives with IV-E fellowship alumni.
Claire is from the central valley of California but comes to Minnesota from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has experience in child welfare, family support/strengthening, early childhood development, and alumni engagement work.
She holds an MSW from the University of Pittsburgh, and a B.S. in Social Work / B.A. in Political Science from Utah State University.
In her spare time, Claire enjoys exploring new coffee shops, playing golf, spending time outdoors, and catching up with friends and family. She's excited to join the CASCW team, and is looking forward to meeting everyone.
Welcome, Claire. We're so happy you're here.
